Miraculous this life. Such hard work, and so little grip.
Born in 1961 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Living and working in Zeeland.
A lot of my work is made of felt. I make my own, especially of the fleeces of the older breeds. But, felt is limited.
So, plastics, rubber, paint, glue, plants, sand, gel, aluminium, jutter material, textile, waste and paper I use.
Experimenting is good. Development is a necessity. Hard work a pre.
My work is mostly monumental. Often abstract. Social. Textural.
